1. Our Company

Carrot Fertility is a global fertility care platform focused on providing fertility care for all — regardless of age, race, income, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or geographic location by partnering with employers and health plans.

Through our deeply vetted clinic and agency network and our care navigation platform, Carrot supports individuals on their unique journeys through fertility preservation, male-factor infertility, IVF, pregnancy and postpartum, adoption, gestational surrogacy, menopause, and more.

2. Our Supply Chain

Carrot’s supply chain is comprised of services. We have nearly 10,000 providers in our network globally, which consists of roughly 4,000 fertility clinics, 2,400 providers across labs, cryobanks, menopause, reproductive urology/andrology, and 3,500 providers including agencies, attorneys, and gamete shipping companies. Carrot also has several vendors who provide additional products and services to members including wearables and fertility testing kits.

Carrot is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and expects its vendors to follow all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. When selecting vendors, Carrot engages in a review and management process and only enters into contractual relationships with vendors that commit to strong compliance terms (e.g., privacy, security, export controls).

Carrot believes the overall risk of modern slavery in our supply chain is low because:

  • The services we support are provided by skilled, highly educated professionals.
  • Carrot’s workforce is highly educated, skilled, and subject to rigorous background checks and accountability measures.
  • Carrot conducts thorough due diligence (e.g., analysis of governance structures, conflicts, and human rights standards)  before entering new markets.

Our Code of Conduct sets out guiding principles of professional conduct and how Carrot employees should always act lawfully, ethically, and in the best interests of Carrot.
