Founder and CEO

Tammy Sun is the Founder and CEO of Carrot. Prior to Carrot, Tammy was a presidential appointee in President Barack Obama's administration at the Federal Communications Commission and held various roles at The White House, national and local campaigns as well as forward-thinking public policy think tanks. Tammy also managed growth partnerships at Evernote. She graduated from NYU and attended the London School of Economics.

Tammy has been globally recognized as a pioneering healthcare leader, including Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Women of Influence. She has been featured in national and international media on issues related to the future of work and universal access to fertility healthcare, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, National Public Radio, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, BBC, The Economist, and more. Tammy is a frequent speaker at key conferences such as Oliver Wyman, HLTH, Fortune's Most Powerful Women Next Gen, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the British Fertility Society.
