Riley Steinmetz is the Vice President of Marketing at Carrot. In her role, Riley is responsible for the development and execution of Carrot’s marketing strategy across content, communications, demand generation, design, events, and operations.
A marketing leader with extensive experience within health benefits and HR tech, Riley previously held strategic roles at One Medical, Collective Health, and Clara Labs. She also worked in communications and digital marketing with the U.S. Olympic Committee and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association, where she covered the 2012 and 2014 Olympic Games. After more than a decade working with companies from high-growth startups to international non-profits, Riley brings a wealth of marketing knowledge from a range of industries including healthcare, sports, and hospitality.
