As a result, our learning organization is structured around four unique pillars of learning — onboard, online, live, and leadership — to ensure every Carrot is provided with the educational tools and resources needed to help them become their best selves both in and out of work.
This begins during onboarding through CarrotUOnboard where every new hire will meet with leaders across all departments to learn about all the moving parts that make up Carrot.
Ongoing employee growth and development is also an integral way in which we support all employees. We do this through peer-led sessions focused on topics that encourage the development of Carrots (both personally and professionally), roleplay training exercises, virtual coaching, and more. Employees are able to engage in cross-functional trainings and have access to continued support throughout their careers at Carrot to ensure they are able to grow based on their professional goals. Additionally, CarrotUOnline features a myriad of online courses on both Carrot-specific topics and general ones such as communication, accountability, and giving feedback, plus many more.
