- Proving employees access to wellbeing resources to support physical and mental wellbeing; and
- Vetting vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and partners.
5. Training
Carrot aims to improve its response to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks through the use of its learning management system to educate its employees. Carrot will continue to look for opportunities to increase awareness within our organization and to ensure a high level of understanding of modern slavery risks within our supply chain.
6. Ongoing Efforts
Carrot intends to continue our efforts to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our supply chain by taking the following steps:
- Including modern slavery policy in Carrot’s Code of Conduct.
